Warwick Grigor has resigned as a director of Heritage Gold NZ Limited.
Mr Grigor has been on the Board of Directors for nearly four years, and served on the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
The Company thanks Warwick for his contributions and wishes him all the very best for the future.
The Company is currently negotiating the appointment of a new independent director.
